Job Description:

Our client is seeking an Executive Assistant with IT skills to support their operations. This role involves a mix of strategy, deployment, and maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience with task management and automation programs, as well as a basic understanding of AI systems.

 

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the deployment and maintenance of AI solutions.

• Utilize task management programs like ClickUp and Asana.

• Work with automation tools such as NA10, Make.com, and Zapier.

• Support the company's strategy and sales efforts.

• Communicate effectively with the team and manage digital systems.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Experience with task management programs (ClickUp, Asana).

• Familiarity with automation tools (NA10, Make.com, Zapier).

• Basic understanding of AI systems.

• Strong English comprehension and communication skills.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in coding or a technical background.

• Ability to structure and manage digital systems.

• Familiarity with SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).

 

Personality:

• Detail-oriented and organized.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Open to feedback and willing to learn.

 

Software & Tools:

• Task management: ClickUp, Asana.

English Level:

C1, C2, Native.

 

Schedule:

9 - 5 EST.
