Job Description:

Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Appointment Setter to conduct cold outreach and set meetings. The ideal candidate will generate leads, reach out to potential clients via phone and email, and set up email sequences for outreach consistency.

 

Responsibilities:

• Generate and source contacts for selected lead accounts using platforms like Sales Navigator and B2B Rocket.

• Conduct cold calls and send emails to potential clients.

• Set up and manage email sequences for outreach.

• Achieve weekly targets such as sending 100 emails and booking introductory meetings.

• Assist with miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Fluent in English with minimal accent, preferably American.

• Experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or appointment setting.

• Business acumen and ability to write compelling emails.

• Experience in manufacturing, construction, or engineering sales is a plus.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Degree in Business, Communication, Engineering, Psychology, or related fields is a plus.

• Experience with technical sales and understanding of industrial sectors.

 

Personality:

• Self-motivated and results-driven.

• Good common sense with the ability to tweak and improve communication strategies.

• Open to working in a flexible, non-micromanaged environment.

• Sales Navigator

• B2B Rocket

 

English Level:

Native

 

Schedule:

9-5 PST

 

Salary and Benefits:
