Job Description:

Our Client is seeking a dedicated Appointment Setter to manage incoming leads and schedule appointments. The role involves engaging with potential clients over the phone, referencing prior communications, and setting up callback appointments with contractors. This position is not a sales role; the primary focus is on facilitating communication and scheduling.

 

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls and follow up on leads.

• Reference prior communications, such as postcards and emails, during calls.

• Engage with potential clients to schedule callback appointments with contractors.

• Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments in the CRM system.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Prior experience in customer service or appointment setting.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and data management.

• Ability to work within specified timeframes, particularly afternoon to evening hours.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with predictive dialers and automated call systems.

• Knowledge of the solar energy industry is a plus but not required.

Software & Tools:

• Familiarity with GoHighLevel or similar CRM platforms.
