Job Description:

Our Client is looking for a Front-End Developer with strong experience in Webflow, Framer, and CMS-based development to join their team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who blends technical execution with a strong eye for design and usability. You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing high-quality marketing websites and CMS-driven pages, collaborating closely with designers, project managers, and other developers to deliver fast, responsive, and scalable web experiences.

 

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain websites using Webflow and Framer.

• Develop and manage CMS-driven pages and dynamic content structures.

• Translate Figma or design files into pixel-perfect, responsive websites.

• Ensure websites are optimized for performance, SEO, and accessibility.

• Implement animations and interactions using native Webflow/Framer capabilities.

• Maintain consistency across design systems and brand guidelines.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time.

• Troubleshoot layout, responsiveness, and cross-browser issues.

• Perform ongoing updates, improvements, and maintenance of existing sites.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience working as a Front-End Developer or similar role.

• Strong hands-on experience with Webflow and Framer.

• Solid understanding of CMS architecture, collections, and dynamic content.

• Experience building responsive, mobile-first websites.

• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and modern front-end best practices.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality delivery.

• Fluent communication skills in English.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with startups, agencies, or fast-paced environments.

• Basic knowledge of JavaScript for enhanced interactions.

• Familiarity with SEO best practices and performance optimization.

• Experience integrating third-party tools, forms, and analytics.

• Understanding of design systems and component-based layouts.
