Job Description
Our client is seeking highly motivated and driven Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to support the growth of their AI platform. This fully remote position involves engaging warm inbound leads, qualifying opportunities, and booking demos and appointments for the sales team.
Responsibilities of the Role
• Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups with warm leads generated through email marketing campaigns
• Engage prospects who interacted with campaigns, demo requests, or platform inquiries
• Qualify leads and schedule demos/appointments for the closing sales team
• Maintain consistent daily outreach activity through calls, emails, and follow-ups
• Accurately track all communication and lead activity within the CRM/platform
• Collaborate with internal sales and operations teams to ensure smooth lead handoff
• Attend onboarding and ongoing training sessions related to the platform and sales process
• Meet or exceed activity and appointment-setting targets
• Maintain professionalism and strong customer communication skills at all times
Required Experience and Qualifications
• Excellent spoken and written English (near-native or native-level preferred)
• Previous experience in SDR, appointment setting, inside sales, cold calling, or customer-facing sales roles
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls daily
• Strong communication, persuasion, and active listening skills
• Highly organized and self-motivated in a remote work environment
• Ability to work independently while remaining accountable to performance metrics
• Experience using CRM systems, Slack, and sales communication tools is preferred
• Stable internet connection and professional remote work setup required
• Experience in SaaS, AI, technology, MSP, or B2B sales environments is a plus
