Job Description:
We are seeking an empathetic and proactive Outreach Specialist to join Our Client’s team. This role involves reaching out to individuals who may be entitled to recover money from foreclosure proceedings. The ideal candidate is a great listener, speaks fluent English at a C2 level, and is comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
Responsibilities:
Make 2,000–3,000 outbound calls per month to individuals impacted by foreclosure.
Explain clearly and compassionately how they may be eligible to recover money.
Send follow-up emails and complete light administrative tasks.
Schedule appointments or calls as needed.
Maintain consistent documentation and updates in the CRM.
Meet a goal of securing at least 5 successful recoveries (files) per month.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
C2-level English proficiency with minimal or no accent.
Previous experience making outbound calls is a strong plus.
Ability to communicate with empathy and clarity under sensitive circumstances.
Attention to detail and comfort with administrative work.
Willingness to follow a flexible weekday schedule between 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM CST.
Preferred Skills:
Experience using HubSpot CRM.
Familiarity with Microsoft Teams.
Background in customer support, outreach, or a call center role.
Personality:
A strong listener who approaches others with empathy and patience.
Goal-oriented and motivated by impact.
Organized and self-directed with a collaborative mindset.
