Job Description:

Our client is seeking a dedicated Web Developer and Data Manager who is proficient in website management, database handling, and marketing operations. This role is crucial for improving the performance and functionality of their existing digital platforms and implementing new technological solutions.

 

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the company's website, ensuring performance and speed.

• Handle database management using Air Tables and integrate with CRM systems like Pipe Drive and HubSpot.

• Collaborate with the team to develop marketing strategies and implement digital solutions.

• Provide technical support and maintenance for web-related issues.

• Demonstrate previous successful projects and provide references.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• 5 to 10 years of experience in web development and data management.

• Strong proficiency in WordPress, Air Tables, Excel, and preferably Circle.

• Experience with CRM systems, specifically Pipe Drive and HubSpot.

• Medium-level English proficiency, ability to communicate effectively in writing.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Proven track record of successful website management and database projects.

• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

• Experience working with South American markets is a plus.

 

Personality:

• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members.
