Job Description:

The Content & Community Lead is responsible for being the voice and driving force behind Our Client's content and community. This role involves creating high-volume written content, managing daily content distribution, and actively engaging with the community across all social media platforms. The primary goal is to nurture and grow the audience, drive organic traffic, and generate marketing-qualified leads.

 

Core Responsibilities:

• Research and write both long-form and short-form content, including white papers, email campaigns, scripts, and social media captions.

• Translate coaching concepts into clear and compelling written content.

• Maintain consistency in tone, voice, and messaging across all channels.

• Produce high-volume content while ensuring quality and clarity.

• Manage the content calendar and schedule all organic content.

• Ensure daily posting on all relevant social media channels.

• Publish content on time, in the correct format, and aligned with the content calendar.

• Engage with the audience across social platforms.

• Respond to comments, questions, and messages promptly and on-brand.

• Drive organic engagement through genuine interaction.

• Manage the public Facebook group as a core lead-generation channel.

• Engage with group members through posts and discussions to drive leads.

• Identify and guide engaged community members toward the sales process.

• Communicate regularly with the sales team to ensure visibility of active leads.

• Track and monitor organic traffic and engagement metrics.

• Take ownership of engagement rate as a core success metric.

• Adjust writing and posting based on content performance trends.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in content creation and community management.

• Strong writing skills with the ability to maintain tone and voice consistency.

• Experience in managing social media platforms and content calendars.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to translate complex concepts into engaging written content.

• Strong understanding of social media engagement strategies.

• Experience in lead generation and sales pipeline processes.

 

Personality:

• Proactive and creative thinker.

• Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

 

Software & Tools:

• Familiarity with social media management tools.

• Basic understanding of analytics and performance tracking tools.

 

English Level:

C2, Native

 

Schedule:

9-5 pm MST

 

Salary and Benefits:
