Job Description:

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and articulate Part-time Bilingual Appointment Setter to join their team. In this role, you will initiate contact with prospective clients, build rapport, and schedule appointments for insurance agents. This position requires fluency in both Spanish and English to effectively communicate with a diverse clientele.

 

Responsibilities:

• Proactively contact potential clients through outbound calls to introduce services and identify their insurance needs.

• Clearly and concisely explain the benefits of speaking with an insurance agent and address initial inquiries.

• Accurately schedule appointments for insurance agents, ensuring all relevant information is captured and communicated.

• Maintain detailed and organized records of all interactions and scheduled appointments in the CRM system.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a customer service, sales, or telemarketing role, preferably with a focus on appointment setting.

• Exceptional verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish (bilingual fluency is a must).

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and engage effectively with a wide range of individuals.

• Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with the insurance industry and basic understanding of insurance products.

• Experience handling outbound calls in a bilingual setting.

 

Personality:

• Confident and articulate communicator.

• Organized and detail-oriented.

• Personable, proactive, and self-motivated.

 

Software & Tools:

• CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
