Our client specializes in delivering custom jewelry solutions and various jewelry programs to retailers, focusing on providing a tailored experience for their clients through effective onboarding and sales processes.

 

Job Description:

Our client is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Customer Success Manager who will also fulfill a dual role as a Sales & Onboarding Specialist. The successful candidate will guide clients through system demonstrations, support them towards their first order, and manage both warm and cold leads. This role requires a seamless blend of customer service, sales, and onboarding expertise.

 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct system demos and engage in the onboarding process.

• Facilitate the transition of new accounts to their first order.

• Manage and reach out to warm and cold leads provided by the company.

• Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts.

• Implement bespoke workflows tailored to client needs.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Strong command of the English language, with fluency akin to native-level proficiency.

• Experience in customer service and sales roles.

• Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

• Familiarity or experience in the jewelry industry is a significant plus, though not mandatory.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in the jewelry industry.

• Strong communication skills, capable of managing conversations with diverse client needs.

• Ability to adapt to bespoke workflows and company-specific processes.

 

Personality:

• Client-focused with strong attention to detail.

• Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport.

 

Software & Tools:

• Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools is advantageous.

Salary and Benefits:
