Our client is an IT services provider specializing in network setup, structured cabling, and security solutions such as CCTV and access control systems. They assist businesses and homes with installation, maintenance, and overall technology infrastructure.

 

Job Description:

This role requires coordinating and overseeing daily operations of a team of approximately 6 people, ensuring efficiency and productivity.

 

Responsibilities:

• Manage schedules and ensure all calendars are accurate and up to date.

• Ensure smooth communication across teams and stakeholders.

• Track project progress and ensure tasks are completed on time.

• Supervise installation staff and verify work completion.

• Act as the main point of contact between different teams.

• Identify and resolve operational or scheduling issues proactively.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a similar coordination or supervisory role.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Excellent communication skills.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the IT services industry.

• Familiarity with network setup and security solutions.

 

Personality:

• Proactive and solution-oriented.

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

 

Software & Tools:

• Familiarity with project management software.

• Proficiency in communication and scheduling tools.
