Job Description:
Our Client is seeking a Sales Agent to sell payroll processing solutions to small and medium-sized businesses nationwide. The ideal candidate will have near-native or native English fluency, a passion for sales, and the drive to consistently meet high outbound calling targets.
Responsibilities:
• Make 150–200 cold calls per day to potential clients.
• Research, build, and validate prospect lists using provided tools and training.
• Engage prospects with clear, fluent English to establish trust and credibility.
• Present payroll processing solutions tailored to small and medium-sized business needs.
• Follow up with leads to move them through the sales process.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and outcomes.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
• Near-native or native English proficiency.
• Previous sales experience preferred (understanding of the challenges of sales).
• Ability to work full-time from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to earn client trust.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in cold calling and outbound sales.
• Familiarity with lead research and list validation techniques.
Personality:
• Passion for sales and willingness to engage with prospects daily.
• Grit, discipline, and consistency.
• Self-motivated and adaptable to different sales approaches.
Software & Tools:
• Call and communication software provided by the company.
• Data scraping and lead validation tools provided by the company.
English Level:
C2, Native
Schedule:
9am to 5pm EST
Salary and Benefits:
