Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Appointment Setter to assist with community management in our Instagram DMs. The ideal candidate will engage with leads, identify their needs, and schedule appointments effectively.

 

Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming leads through Instagram DMs.

• Engage with potential clients in a friendly and approachable manner.

• Schedule appointments based on client availability.

• Track daily interactions and follow up as necessary.

• Support the coaching team with insights from client interactions.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Reasonable intelligence with a bubbly, engaging personality.

• General understanding of health and fitness concepts.

• Experience in a sales or customer service role is a plus.

• Proficiency in English, at a C2 level.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Strong communication skills and ability to connect with clients.

• Comfortable with social media and digital communication.

• Ability to work flexibly between 6am-11pm, dedicating approximately 3 hours a day.

• Basic understanding of appointment scheduling tools is a plus.

 

Personality:

• Cheerful and energetic demeanor.

• Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others.

• Proactive and self-motivated.

 

Software & Tools:

• Familiarity with Instagram and scheduling platforms.

• Basic knowledge of PPC campaigns is beneficial.

 

English Level:

C2, Native

 

Schedule:

9-11 EST

 

Salary and Benefits:

• Payment in USD or Local Currency according to candidate's preference.

• Commission of 5% on sales from scheduled appointments.
