Job Description:

The Disposition Manager is responsible for selling properties to investors. This role requires effective negotiation skills, market knowledge, and the ability to manage relationships with buyers.

 

Responsibilities:

• Sell properties by effectively communicating value to potential investors.

• Verify property ownership and ensure there are no liens through the Transaction Coordinator.

• Present competitive pricing and market analysis to investors.

• Schedule property viewings and manage appointment logistics.

• Maintain CRM records with profit expectations and transaction details.

• Communicate continuously with potential buyers to secure interest and offers.

• Engage in negotiations to reach optimal selling prices.

• Collaborate with Transaction Coordinator to manage deposit collection and closing processes.

• Adapt to the diverse buyer pools across multiple states.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in real estate disposition or sales.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple property listings simultaneously.

• Experience working with a diverse range of buyers.

• Knowledge of real estate processes, including the A to B and B to C transactions.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Investor Lift or similar platforms.

• Understanding of property valuation and market trends.

• Proficiency in CRM tools for managing leads and transactions.

 

Personality:

• Highly motivated and driven to achieve results.

• Excellent interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships.

• Adaptable to changing market conditions and buyer behaviors.

• Strong work ethic with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

 

Software & Tools:

• CRM software.

• Communication tools (phone, email).

• Listing platforms (Investor Lift).

 

English Level:

Native, C2.

 

Schedule:

9-5 EST.
