With a hands-on leadership style and high-performance expectations, they are seeking support to accelerate growth and streamline operations.
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Executive Virtual Assistant (Operations & Marketing Focus) to support Our Client across a variety of business verticals. The ideal candidate will be an adaptable and energetic team player who thrives in fast-paced environments, learns quickly, and can collaborate to execute both operational and marketing tasks with minimal supervision.
This is a remote position with flexible hours, though some availability between 10 AM – 6 PM CST (Monday–Friday) is preferred for real-time coordination.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the business owner to implement and streamline operational systems across salon, product, and consulting divisions.
Support internal coordination and communication with the on-site assistant to execute content and logistics tasks.
Manage email marketing campaigns, including scheduling, writing, segmenting lists, and performance tracking.
Draft and update client-facing materials such as newsletters, launch announcements, and service/program updates.
Maintain and organize customer and lead databases for product, service, and consulting divisions.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support content and offer development.
Assist in creating marketing collateral such as product descriptions, flyers, and promotional emails.
Track performance and engagement analytics for email campaigns and website traffic.
Help coordinate marketing calendars and promotional schedules across brand channels.
Contribute to the creation and packaging of consulting and training program materials.
Handle administrative duties such as onboarding document updates and payroll prep.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in both operations and marketing functions.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Demonstrated self-motivation and ability to work independently.
Strong understanding of process implementation and business systems.
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience working with entrepreneurs or startups.
Knowledge of email marketing strategy and CRM list management.
Familiarity with branding, e-commerce, or salon industry operations.
Ability to work across functions (HR, Admin, Ops, and Marketing).

Salary and Benefits:
