About the Company:

Our Client specializes in premium and professional-grade home appliances, providing comprehensive solutions for property managers, builders, developers, and contractors nationwide.

 

What You’ll Do:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative focused on outbound sales and partnership development with key industry stakeholders. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and possess a strong understanding of the appliance industry.

 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls and outreach to property managers, developers, designers, contractors, and builders.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.

• Effectively pitch appliance products, features, and benefits to meet customer needs.

• Provide competitive quotes, bids, and pricing analyses.

• Manage customer inquiries and orders from initial contact through delivery.

• Update and maintain all client communications and follow-ups in the CRM system.

• Generate daily reports summarizing calls, contacts, and follow-up actions.

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.

• Research market trends, competitor pricing, and new opportunities.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or account management (appliance or related industry preferred).

• Strong understanding of home appliances, product categories, and brands.

• Proven ability to build relationships and close deals.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Comfortable working with CRM platforms and pipeline management tools.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

• Highly reliable, organized, and proactive.

 

Personality:

• Professional, accountable, and integrity-driven.

 

Software & Tools:

• CRM platforms.

 

English Level:

C2, Native.

 

Schedule:

9 to 5 est.

 

Salary and Benefits:
