Job Description:

Our Client is seeking a full-time Outreach Specialist to drive event sales through engagement with warm and cold leads, nurturing client relationships, and promoting catering services.

 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outreach to warm leads and select cold leads to promote catering and event services.

• Follow up with potential clients to understand their event needs and present suitable solutions.

• Manage the lead pipeline and maintain consistent communication to drive conversions.

• Build relationships with prospects to increase repeat business and referrals.

• Collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with client expectations.

• Keep all lead activity and outreach notes organized in the appropriate systems.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in catering sales, event sales, or a related outreach/sales role.

• Strong communication and client-facing skills.

• Ability to manage warm and cold outreach efficiently.

• Proven ability to convert leads into paying clients.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple prospects simultaneously.

• Must be able to work full-time, 9 AM to 5 PM EST.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience selling catering packages or managing event-related customer inquiries.

• Familiarity with outreach strategies (email, phone, SMS, etc.).

• Experience using CRM or lead-tracking tools.

 

Personality:

• Proactive and comfortable initiating conversations.

• Persuasive, confident, and service-oriented.

• Highly organized with strong follow-through.

• Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.

 

Software & Tools:

• CRM or lead-tracking systems.

• Email, phone, and messaging outreach tools.

 

English Level:

C2, Native

 

Schedule:

9 to 5 EST

 

Salary and Benefits:

• Payment in USD or Local Currency according to candidate's preference.
