Job Description:

The Pest Control and Fertilization Expert will play a pivotal role in driving sales and managing customer interactions, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.

 

Responsibilities:

• Run marketing campaigns and oversee third-party marketing companies
• Be the first point of contact for technical questions, quotes, and initial scheduling
• Upsell services and close sales effectively
• Respond to emails, messages, and return voicemails
• Handle occasional collections work
• Manage CRM systems to ensure accurate tracking of interactions and sales

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in pest control and fertilization
• Mandatory U.S. experience; experience in the Florida market is a plus
• Strong sales experience with a focus on cold calling

 

Preferred Skills:

• Service-based marketing expertise in the U.S. market
• Graphic design skills are a plus
