Job Description:

Our Client is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Paralegal to join their team. The ideal candidate will assist attorneys with legal research, document preparation, and case management.

 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases.

• Prepare and proofread legal documents, including contracts, briefs, and pleadings.

• Assist with case management, including organizing and maintaining files.

• Coordinate and schedule meetings, hearings, and depositions.

• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties as needed.

• Support attorneys in trial preparation and during court proceedings.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Associate's degree or Paralegal certification.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a legal environment.

• Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with legal research databases (e.g., LexisNexis, Westlaw).

• Familiarity with case management software.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.

 

Personality:

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

• Proactive and able to work independently.

• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

 

Software & Tools:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Experience with legal research databases.

• Familiarity with case management software.

 

English Level:

C2, Native

9-5 EST
