What You’ll Do:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Admin Assistant to support our team in various administrative tasks.

 

Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize emails and communications.

• Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.

• Maintain and update databases and records.

• Prepare reports and documents as needed.

• Assist in various administrative tasks as required.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in an administrative role or as a virtual assistant.

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with project management tools.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

 

Personality:

• Self-motivated and proactive.

• Adaptable and flexible to changing needs.

• Strong work ethic and reliability.

Schedule:

9 AM to 3 PM
