Our client is seeking a Bilingual Intake Specialist to act as the primary point of contact for their car dealership operations. This role involves serving as a receptionist and intake professional, ensuring every customer has a positive initial experience.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Manage incoming customer calls efficiently and professionally.

• Utilize a provided FAQ list to answer common inquiries accurately.

• Qualify and forward sales-related calls to the appropriate department or team member.

• Handle frustrated customers with patience and employ de-escalation techniques.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatory.

• Strong communication skills with clear and understandable speech.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in a receptionist role.

• Prior experience in a cold calling environment.

 

Schedule:

9-10 hour shifts.

Rotating schedule covering weekdays and weekends.
