Our client is seeking a Customer Service and Order Entry Manager who possesses excellent written communication skills. The ideal candidate will efficiently manage customer interactions and ensure accurate order processing.

 

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage customer inquiries and provide prompt, accurate responses.

• Process and enter customer orders accurately and efficiently.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.

• Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions and transactions.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in customer service and order entry management.

• Strong written communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with CRM software and order management systems.

• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

 

Personality:

• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

 

Software & Tools:

• Experience with CRM software and order management systems is preferred.

 

English Level:

C2, Native

 

Schedule:

9 am to 5 pm EST
