Position Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable Human Resources Specialist with a well-rounded background in people operations and a strong grasp of organizational dynamics. This role blends day-to-day HR activities with a consultative approach, helping various stakeholders optimize processes and find effective solutions that fit their specific needs.

Key Responsibilities

Operational HR Duties

  • Coordinate onboarding and departure processes for staff members
  • Conduct regular check-ins to promote engagement and address any concerns
  • Mediate conflicts between stakeholders and staff members, maintaining positive outcomes
  • Manage internal and external communications to ensure transparency
  • Organize and facilitate periodic evaluations, supporting relevant teams in the process


Strategic Collaboration & Process Enhancement

  • Partner with cross-functional groups to design, refine, and implement HR processes
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align organizational objectives with HR strategies
  • Identify areas for improvement, recommend solutions, and drive projects to completion

 

Consultative Role

  • Serve as a resource to stakeholders, offering guidance on team structures and planning
  • Proactively address operational challenges by leveraging HR best practices
  • Quickly assess needs and propose innovative strategies to support business goals


Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Broad knowledge of HR practices, employment regulations, and organizational principles
  • Strong command of English (both written and spoken)
  • Familiarity with general HR systems or organizational tools
  • Excellent teamwork and cross-department collaboration skills
  • Effective communication style, capable of presenting ideas clearly and diplomatically
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and advise on potential improvements
