Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Social Growth Lead + Copywriter to own and scale the organic social media presence of multiple brands/accounts. This is a high-execution, performance-driven role focused on building scalable content systems, driving follower growth, and creating compelling copy that converts attention into engagement and action. The ideal candidate is highly hands-on, experienced in managing multiple accounts simultaneously, and capable of producing high-volume content strategies using AI tools, proven growth frameworks, and strong copywriting skills.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage content creation, copywriting, and publishing across multiple social media accounts (8–10 accounts).

• Execute a high-volume posting cadence (3–4+ posts per day per account).

• Develop and implement organic growth strategies to scale accounts from zero to 10K+ followers.

• Write compelling hooks, captions, CTAs, and short-form scripts optimized for engagement.

• Use AI tools to accelerate content production, ideation, and optimization.

• Analyze performance metrics daily and iterate quickly based on results.

• Conduct competitor research and identify trends, viral patterns, and growth opportunities.

• Repurpose and adapt content across platforms (Instagram, X, and others) to maximize reach.

• Execute additional growth initiatives such as shoutouts, partnerships, and collaborations.

• Build, document, and refine repeatable growth systems that can be scaled across accounts.

• Track KPIs including follower growth, engagement rates, reach, and content performance.

• Maintain and adapt tone of voice across multiple brands/accounts.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven track record of growing social media accounts from ~0 to 10K+ followers (must provide examples).

• Strong copywriting experience for social media, audience growth, and engagement.

• Experience managing multiple social media accounts simultaneously at high volume.

• Strong understanding of organic growth strategies across platforms (Instagram, X, etc.).

• Hands-on experience with short-form content (Reels, carousels, viral formats).

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.

• Comfortable using AI tools for content creation and workflow automation.

• Ability to write fast, clear, persuasive, and brand-aligned copy.

• Highly organized, self-managed, and execution-focused.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in high-growth environments or managing multiple brands/accounts.

• Familiarity with viral content frameworks and high-performing content formats.

• Direct response copywriting experience.

• Ability to build scalable systems and processes for content production.

• Strong understanding of social media algorithms and trend cycles.

• Experience with UGC scripts, email copy, or landing page copy is a plus.

Schedule:

Full-time (40 hours/week). US time zones (EST preferred).
