Their solutions are used globally by businesses of all sizes across multiple industries to customize garments and textile products.
Job Description:
We are looking for an Account Executive to join our client’s sales team, focused on closing high-value deals for products and services across European markets. This role supports operations managed from Frankfurt, Germany, with a primary sales focus on Spain and neighboring European regions where English is commonly used for business. This is a full-time, remote position that requires a proactive, self-driven professional with strong communication skills and a consistent drive to exceed sales targets.
Responsibilities:
• Close high-value deals for products and services through inbound and outbound sales efforts.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure.
• Engage with prospects to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
• Maintain consistent follow-up activity to advance opportunities in the pipeline.
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics.
• Accurately update and manage opportunities within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and apply coaching feedback to improve performance.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
• Proven experience closing deals with strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Demonstrated track record in inside sales and B2B sales.
• Ability to negotiate and close high-value opportunities.
• Experience working with CRM systems.
• Fluent Spanish and English for daily communication and sales activities.
• Strong ability to work independently and manage sales activities effectively.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with outbound and warm calling strategies.
• Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience selling to European markets.
• Strong understanding of consultative sales approaches.
