We are seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to support our sales team. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks such as sending calendar invites and following up on leads. This role requires effective communication and organizational skills to ensure smooth operations.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Sending calendar invites to team members and stakeholders.
  • Following up on leads provided by the Sales Team.
  • Assisting with other administrative tasks as required.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Experience in a sales-related environment is preferred.

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using office software and tools.

 

Personality:

  • Proactive and able to work independently.
  • Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.

 

Software & Tools:

  • Familiarity with calendar management tools.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM software is a plus.

 

English Level:

Schedule:

10am-2pm CST
