Job Description:

The role involves reaching out to potential sellers, qualifying leads, and managing follow-ups through CRM systems. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in real estate wholesaling and cold calling, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage lead pipelines effectively.

 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound cold calls to property owners and sellers.

• Qualify leads based on motivation, property details, condition, and seller intent.

• Schedule and set appointments for the acquisitions team.

• Manage leads within Go High Level CRM, including pipeline updates and automations.

• Ensure consistent follow-up and communication with qualified prospects.

• Provide accurate reporting on lead progress and call outcomes.

• Collaborate with the client to align on call scripts, qualification processes, and seller engagement.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in cold calling for real estate wholesaling.

• Strong English communication skills (an accent is acceptable).

• Experience using Go High Level CRM or similar platforms for lead management.

• Ability to handle objections, qualify prospects, and follow structured processes.

• Organized and reliable with the ability to respond promptly to communication.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with skip tracing (not required but a plus).

• Familiarity with automation tools within CRMs.

• Prior success in setting qualified appointments that convert into closed deals.

 

Personality:

• Professional, reliable, and responsive communicator.

• Positive attitude with strong motivation to grow and succeed.

• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to engage sellers effectively.

• Adaptable, coachable, and eager to learn new systems.

 

Software & Tools:

• Go High Level CRM (mandatory).

• Lead management and skip tracing tools (Xlead, Batch Leads, or similar).

• Communication tools such as WhatsApp and email.

 

English Level:

C1, C2, Native

 

Schedule:

9-5 EST

 

Salary and Benefits:

• Base hourly rate (depending on experience).

• Commission of $200 per closed deal that originates from qualified leads provided by the VA.

• Payment in USD or Local Currency according to candidate's preference.
