Job Description:

Our Client is seeking a Zoho Automations Specialist to support their operations by developing and implementing automation processes within Zoho CRM. This is a part-time role focused on streamlining order management, inventory tracking, and customer inquiries as they launch their e-commerce platform.

 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Zoho automations for managing orders, inventory, and inbound inquiries.

• Integrate Zoho CRM with other platforms such as Shopify and QuickBooks.

• Create workflows that enhance operational efficiency.

• Monitor and maintain the automation processes to ensure smooth functionality.

• Collaborate with the team to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years of experience with Zoho CRM and automation.

• Experience integrating CRM systems with platforms like Shopify and QuickBooks.

• Strong understanding of managing e-commerce operations through automation.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with other CRM systems.

• Familiarity with AI tools that can enhance CRM functionalities.

• Basic knowledge of coding or technical integrations is a plus.

• Detail-oriented and proactive in solving problems.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to anticipate business needs.

• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with a diverse team.
