Our client is hiring a Full-Time Tech Chat Support Representative to assist users with technical inquiries via chat. This is a text-only support role—no calls involved. No prior experience is necessary, as full training will be provided. Candidates must have strong written English skills and be ready to start immediately.

 

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries through live chat in a clear, professional manner.

• Provide accurate troubleshooting assistance for basic technical issues.

• Guide users through step-by-step solutions using written communication.

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal team when necessary.

• Maintain detailed records of each interaction in the system.

• Meet performance targets for response time and customer satisfaction.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Excellent written English communication skills.

• Full-time availability and ability to work set schedules.

• Fast and reliable internet connection.

• Ability to type efficiently and multitask.

• No previous experience required—training will be provided.

• Willingness to start as soon as possible.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Basic familiarity with troubleshooting apps or devices.

• Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required.

 

Personality:

• Patient and empathetic communicator.

• Quick learner and open to feedback.

• Detail-oriented and dependable.

• Comfortable working independently.
