Job Description:

We are seeking a Marketing / Graphics professional to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SEO, graphic design, and marketing automation, with the ability to manage multiple marketing functions and administrative support tasks independently from day one.

 

Responsibilities:

• Implement SEO strategies, including blog optimization, backlink creation, and site ranking improvements.

• Design marketing materials using Photoshop and Canva.

• Manage and update WordPress and e-commerce platforms.

• Execute email marketing campaigns using Omnisend or similar tools.

• Provide light administrative support, including follow-up emails, handling order inquiries, and customer correspondence.

• Collaborate on creating media kits for brands featured on the company website (future projects).

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven professional experience in SEO, graphic design, and marketing.

• Familiarity with WordPress and e-commerce platforms.

• Experience with email marketing platforms (Omnisend preferred, but open to alternatives).

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision from day one.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in regulated industries such as cannabis.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating previous SEO, graphic design, and marketing work.

 

Personality:

• Highly self-motivated and proactive.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Creative problem-solver with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

 

Software & Tools:

• Photoshop, Canva.

• WordPress.

• Email marketing platforms (Omnisend or similar).

 

English Level:

• C1

 

Schedule:

• 9-5 EST
