Job Description:
The Transaction Coordinator will oversee and manage real estate transactions from contract to closing. This role requires strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail to ensure that all transactions proceed smoothly and efficiently. Additionally, the candidate will assist with loan coordination tasks, ensuring seamless communication between all parties involved.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage real estate transactions from contract to close.
• Communicate with real estate agents, clients, escrow companies, and lenders to ensure all parties are informed and aligned.
• Review and process all necessary documentation for transactions.
• Assist with loan coordination tasks, including liaising with lenders and clients.
• Track and report on the status of transactions and loans.
• Resolve any issues that arise during the transaction process.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all transactions.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Transaction Coordinator in real estate.
• Familiarity with real estate contracts and closing processes.
• Experience with loan coordination tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Skills:
• Proficiency in using real estate transaction management software.
• Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Personality:
• Detail-oriented and proactive.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
Software & Tools:
• Experience with real estate transaction management software.
• Proficiency in standard office software, including MS Office Suite.
