Job Description:

This role requires a hands-on Marketing Director who can serve as both a strategy creator and executor, planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns independently while working closely with AI/Automation and Web teams.

 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy across all practice areas.

• Define quarterly and annual growth targets aligned with firm revenue goals.

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

• Manage budgets focusing on ROI and cost efficiency.

• Build and direct multi-channel content strategies, ensuring professional quality and cultural authenticity.

• Collaborate with the AI/Automation Engineer to scale content distribution and campaign management.

• Operate independently in the first phase—designing, testing, and executing campaigns.

• Participate in firm-wide meetings to present marketing performance.

• Work cross-functionally with operations, content, and legal teams to align messaging.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• 5+ years in marketing leadership roles with measurable ROI.

• Experience in professional services, law firms, or community-focused industries.

• Strong track record of creating and managing campaigns directly.

• Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, and funnel optimization.

• Real-world use of AI tools, N8N, Zapier, or similar for marketing automation.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred.

• Ability to balance creative storytelling with analytical data.

• Emotional intelligence and adaptability under pressure.

• A strong cultural fit, mission-driven, and self-motivated.
