What You’ll Do:

Our Client is looking for a proactive and organized Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support. The ideal candidate will manage calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, and ensure seamless communication while maintaining flexibility to adapt to the owner's travel schedule.

 

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize calendars and appointments.

• Coordinate and book travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries.

• Handle email correspondence and prioritize communications.

• Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed.

• Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.

• Ensure confidentiality and discretion at all times.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Flexibility to adjust working hours based on travel schedules.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.

• Experience with travel booking and itinerary planning.

• Familiarity with time management and scheduling tools.
