Job Description:

This role involves making outbound calls to schedule in-home design consultations and managing inbound calls and voicemails between calling waves. The primary goal is to connect with leads, schedule appointments, and ensure accurate documentation in the CRM.

The ideal candidate is a results-driven individual who is comfortable with outbound calling, persistent in follow-up, and can maintain high responsiveness during scheduled hours.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Make outbound calls to new and existing leads to schedule in-home design consultations.

• Confirm appointments with customers and ensure they are prepared.

• Result appointments in the CRM (confirm, reschedule, cancel, or no-show).

• Maintain consistent follow-up on all leads until disposition.

• Document outcomes and next actions accurately in our CRM.

• Stay responsive during scheduled hours to handle inbound calls or follow-ups.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Native English speaker with clear and natural communication skills.

• Minimum 35 calls per hour.

• Target appointment set rate: 20% of leads worked.

• Demonstrate consistent follow-up and persistence.

• Reliable and available during scheduled hours, with no overlap with another full-time role.

• Stable internet connection, quiet workspace, and professional communication setup.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with outbound calling and sales-style follow-up.

• Ability to quickly learn and navigate CRM systems.

Personality:

Schedule:

Friday: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM (4 hrs) ● Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (8 hrs) ● Sunday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM (8 hrs) PST

Must be available during scheduled hours.
