Our client is looking for a Video Editor & Creative Designer who understands how to create high-performing, organic content for TikTok, Reels, and short-form social media. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for visual storytelling, trends, pacing, hooks, retention, and viral content, and can combine editing, design, AI-generated visuals, and creative strategy to produce engaging content.

The role involves editing engaging, high-retention videos, creating scroll-stopping hooks, transitions, captions, motion graphics, and visual effects. You will develop creative concepts optimized for organic growth and virality, adapt content for multiple accounts and audiences, and manage multi-account content systems. Utilizing AI tools for visual generation and enhancement is key, as is staying ahead of TikTok trends and continuously improving creative output based on performance analysis. Collaboration with the content and creative team is also an integral part of the role.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Edit engaging, high-retention TikTok, Reels, and short-form videos.

• Create scroll-stopping hooks, transitions, captions, motion graphics, and visual effects.

• Develop creative concepts optimized for organic growth and virality.

• Adapt content for multiple accounts, niches, and audiences.

• Create and manage multi-account content systems, maintaining consistency while producing high volumes of content.

• Use AI tools to generate and enhance visuals, videos, images, and creative assets.

• Stay ahead of TikTok trends, formats, sounds, memes, editing styles, and viral content patterns.

• Analyze what is working and continuously improve creative output based on performance.

• Collaborate with the content and creative team to turn ideas into compelling visual content.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Expert-level video editing and visual design skills.

• Deep understanding of TikTok, Reels, organic content, retention, and virality.

• Experience creating content specifically designed to stop the scroll and maximize watch time.

• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, hooks, composition, typography, and visual psychology.

• Experience managing or creating content for multiple social media accounts.
