Our Client is focused on overseeing financial management, operational processes, and organizational systems across three interconnected businesses.

 

Job Description:

Our Client is seeking a Finance & Operations Specialist to manage budgets, forecasting, bookkeeping oversight, payments, and core operational tasks across multiple businesses. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and organized, capable of structuring a complex financial environment.

 

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all budgets across multiple businesses and projects.

• Manage forecasting, financial planning, and reporting.

• Handle payments and oversee bookkeeping-related tasks.

• Monitor and organize inter-company transactions.

• Ensure accurate tracking and consolidation of budgets within event-based projects.

• Manage COIs, insurance documentation, and legal/operational compliance tasks.

• Organize financial files, documents, and COI records in shared drives.

• Collaborate with the external accountant by providing accurate and well-organized financial data.

• Maintain structure around vendor management, invoices, and internal financial workflows.

• Support operational tasks connected to day-to-day business activities.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Experience in finance, bookkeeping oversight, or financial operations.

• Strong ability to manage and organize multiple budgets and financial documents.

• Proficiency with Excel or similar tools for financial tracking and forecasting.

• Experience coordinating with external accountants.

• Understanding of operational processes, documentation, and compliance needs.

• Ability to manage financial workflows across multiple business entities.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with event-based financial management or multi-entity financial structures.

• Familiarity with COIs, vendor documentation, and insurance requirements.

• Ability to organize documentation systems and streamline operational processes.

• Comfort working in a fast-moving, detail-heavy environment.

 

Personality:

• Highly organized and meticulous.

• Strong sense of responsibility and trustworthiness.

• Able to operate independently and proactively.

• Comfortable managing complex workflows with accuracy.

• Efficient, structured, and solution-oriented.

 

Software & Tools:

• Excel or similar spreadsheet tools

• Google Drive or other cloud-based documentation systems

• Bookkeeping or accounting platforms (as applicable)

 

English Level:

C1, C2, Native

 

Schedule:

9 to 5 EST

 

Salary and Benefits:

Payment in USD or Local Currency according to candidate's preference.
