Job Description

Are you an expert in creating scroll-stopping UGC videos for TikTok? Can you seamlessly shift gears to produce high-converting ad designs? If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love social commerce, and can deliver creative performance that converts, we want to hear from you!

Our client is looking for a Video Editor & Graphic Designer with deep experience in UGC-style content creation and Canva-based ad design to help scale top-tier Direct To Consumer brands through high-quality, high-volume creative output.

Schedule

  • Full-Time (40 hours per week)
  • Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM PST

Responsibilities

  • Edit UGC-style videos for TikTok using CapCut, the preferred editing software for TikTok creators, to ensure optimal platform performance
  • Design eye-catching ads in Canva for performance-driven campaigns
  • Stay ahead of creative trends on TikTok and social commerce to continuously elevate content quality
  • Work closely with the ads management and social commerce teams to produce high-performing promotional materials
  • Use AI tools to enhance productivity and output while maintaining top-tier design quality
  • Consistently produce a high volume of performance creative to fuel client campaigns

Required Experience and Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience on an agency setting
  • Proven expertise in UGC-style video editing, specifically for TikTok
  • Strong Canva design skills with experience creating high-converting ad creatives
  • Portfolio showcasing UGC videos and ad designs
  • A passion for DTC brands and an understanding of the social commerce landscape
  • Proficiency in both Canva and CapCut

Language Requirement

  • English proficiency at C1 Level or higher

Preferred Skills

  • Previous experience with e-commerce marketing
  • Previous experience with TikTok Ads
  • Familiarity with AI tools for design and video production
  • Deep understanding of the latest trends in social commerce and creative strategies
