Job Description:

Our Client is seeking a Business Development Representative to join their specialized team focused on strategic outreach and lead generation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in targeted prospecting and has a strong understanding of sales strategy.

 

Responsibilities:

• Research and identify prospective clients and stakeholders across organizations.

• Conduct outreach using channels such as LinkedIn, email, and cold calls to engage new leads.

• Develop and manage a consistent pipeline of opportunities within target personas.

• Set qualified meetings with key stakeholders for senior leadership to take over high-value opportunities.

• Maintain and update CRM records with lead activity and follow-ups.

• Collaborate with the internal sales and executive team to refine lead generation strategies.

• Close smaller contract opportunities independently when appropriate.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in business development, lead generation, or outbound sales.

• Strong English proficiency (C2 level or native); slight Spanish or Portuguese accent acceptable.

• Proven ability to initiate conversations and set up meetings with enterprise-level prospects.

• Comfortable operating in remote, fast-paced, and target-driven environments.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools.

• Knowledge of sales funnel optimization and pipeline management.

• Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.

• Background in tech, SaaS, or workforce development industries is a plus.

 

Personality:

• Strategic thinker who understands how to research and approach ideal clients.

• Self-starter with a proactive, resourceful mindset.

• Comfortable working independently while collaborating across teams.

• Capable of juggling outreach with light closing responsibilities on smaller deals.

 

Software & Tools:

• CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)

• LinkedIn Sales Navigator

• Email and outreach tools (e.g., Apollo.io, Outreach)

 

English Level:

C1, C2, Native

 

Schedule:

9 AM - 5 PM EST

 

Salary and Benefits:

• Payment in USD or Local Currency according to candidate's preference.

• Commission structure available, with a baseline of 10% on closed deals.

• Flexible compensation packages based on experience and performance.
