Job Description:

We are looking for highly organized and client-focused Account Managers to oversee relationships and ensure the success of projects in the fields of social media, marketing, and content creation. The ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of these areas to accurately manage client needs, provide informed feedback to the design team, and maintain high service standards.

 

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.

• Manage client communications and expectations.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.

• Monitor project performance and provide status updates.

• Give clear and relevant feedback to the design team to align with client goals.

• Resolve issues promptly and effectively.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in account management or client services.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

• Understanding of social media, marketing, and content creation processes.

• Experience in a creative or design-focused environment.

• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
