Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Accountant with a strong background in QuickBooks Online and expertise in US tax preparation. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of accounting principles and practices, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance.

 

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain all accounting records using QuickBooks Online.

• Prepare and file US federal and state tax returns.

• Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations.

• Reconcile accounts and prepare monthly financial statements.

• Analyze financial data to identify trends and insights.

• Assist with internal and external audits as required.

• Provide financial advice and strategy to clients.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience working as an Accountant with a focus on QuickBooks Online.

• Extensive knowledge of US tax regulations and experience in tax preparation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

 

Preferred Skills:

• CPA designation is a plus.

• Familiarity with accounting software and tools in addition to QuickBooks Online.

• Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.

• Experience in a client-facing role.
