What You’ll Do:

Our Client is seeking an experienced Appointment Setter to join their team. This role involves cold calling potential clients, qualifying leads, and maintaining updated records in the CRM system. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a proactive approach to sales support.

 

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calls to prospective clients

• Qualify leads based on specific criteria

• Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system

• Schedule appointments for further discussions with the sales team

• Collaborate with team members to optimize outreach strategies

• Track progress and report on key performance metrics

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in appointment setting or related sales roles

• Familiarity with CRM systems and data entry

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

• Ability to manage time effectively and multitask

• Experience in lead qualification processes

 

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of the investment and residency market

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proficiency in additional languages is a plus

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a persuasive demeanor
