What You’ll Do:

Our client is seeking an Appointment Setter to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, following scripts provided, and setting appointments. You will be part of a dynamic team and play a key role in generating business leads.

 

Core Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients.

• Follow provided scripts to engage potential clients effectively.

• Set appointments and manage scheduling.

• Track call metrics and provide feedback.

• Collaborate with the team to refine calling strategies.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proficient in English (C2 level or native).

• Experience in outbound calling or appointment setting.

• Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot.

• Ability to listen to feedback and improve performance.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience using call tracking platforms.

• Knowledge of virtual phone systems.

• Experience in a fast-paced sales environment.

 

Personality:

• Strong communication skills.

• Detail-oriented and organized.

• Self-motivated and goal-driven.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
