Job Description:

Our Client is seeking a Full-Time Receptionist and Inventory Specialist responsible for managing phone inquiries, assisting with inventory tasks, and supporting e-commerce operations. This role requires a charismatic individual comfortable being on camera.

 

Core Responsibilities:

• Answer and manage incoming phone calls efficiently.

• Provide excellent customer service and support.

• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor on camera when required.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in reception or customer service is preferred.

• Basic understanding of inventory management and e-commerce platforms.

• Proficiency in handling phone systems.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Charismatic and engaging personality.

• Comfortable being on camera for promotional activities.

 

Personality:

• Friendly and approachable.

• Confident and not afraid of being in front of a camera.

• Detail-oriented and organized.

 

Software & Tools:

• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is an advantage.

 

English Level:

Native, C2, C1

 

Schedule:

9am to 5:30pm EST

 

Salary and Benefits:

• Full-Time position: Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Saturday from 10:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

• Payment in USD or Local Currency according to candidate's preference.
