Responsibilities:

• Sell fitness packages to customers.

• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

• Manage and respond to inquiries on social media platforms.

• Utilize Excel for tracking sales and customer information.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service.

• Basic proficiency in Excel.

• Basic skills in managing social media platforms for business purposes.

• Strong sense of common sense and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to communicate effectively with customers.
