They focus on delivering high-quality, regulated products to wholesale and retail customers while providing exceptional customer service and efficient online shopping experiences.

 

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced B2B Sales Representative to join our client’s team. This role is focused on outbound sales, prospecting, and relationship building. The ideal candidate is confident, results-driven, and capable of managing high-volume outreach while delivering excellent customer engagement.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients.

• Build and maintain relationships with business decision-makers.

• Handle objections and challenging conversations with professionalism.

• Participate in mock sales calls or script-based exercises during the interview process.

• Consistently meet or exceed performance targets.

• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven cold calling and B2B sales experience.

• Strong English communication skills with a confident phone presence.

• Prior outbound sales experience (mandatory).

• Ability to manage challenging customer interactions professionally.

• Sales-ready with no training required.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Industry-adjacent experience (e-vaping industry).

• Familiarity with commission-based sales environments.

 

Personality:

• Confident, engaging, and persuasive communicator.

• Resilient and adaptable under performance-driven conditions.

• Self-motivated and target-oriented.

 

Software & Tools:

• Dialer software (e.g., RingCentral – provided by client).

• CRM platform (as per client preference).

 

English Level:

• C2, Native

 

Schedule:

9-5 EST

 

Salary and Benefits:

• Payment in USD or Local Currency according to candidate's preference.
