Job Description:
This role requires an exceptionally detail-oriented, execution-focused Executive Assistant to support the CEO and senior leadership team. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, handles high volumes of work, and takes full ownership of tasks from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
• Provide direct day-to-day support to the CEO and key executives.
• Maintain strong oversight of the CEO’s inbox, calendar, communication, and follow-ups.
• Take ownership of tasks and ensure timely execution without micromanagement.
• Participate in daily or twice-daily check-ins with leadership when needed.
• Support cross-functional initiatives and operational projects as assigned.
• Monitor incoming communications, including late-evening messages, and ensure nothing critical is missed.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams through shared communication channels.
• Ensure context is built around tasks and decisions to support efficient execution.
• Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and strong judgment at all times.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
• Previous experience supporting senior executives or working in a fast-paced operational or administrative environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume workloads.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively.
• High cognitive ability and quick problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work across multiple time zones, supporting a schedule aligned with UK hours and partially overlapping with US Eastern Time.
• Comfortable working in a fast-growth environment with evolving priorities.
• Ability to maintain ownership, follow-through, and consistency under pressure.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience working with CEOs, founders, or in startup environments.
• High level of technical proficiency and ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build context rapidly and connect information across multiple workstreams.

Schedule:
9am - 6pm UK time
