Job Description:

PPC Manager (Google Ads Focus) Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-Time Industry: Education / Youth Enrichment (Multi-Location Businesses)

 

Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across multiple brands and geographic markets.

• Manage local lead generation campaigns focused on driving registrations, trial classes, and program inquiries.

• Build replicable campaign structures across multiple locations and programs.

• Oversee Meta Ads campaigns supporting local awareness and lead generation initiatives.

• Manage small local advertising budgets efficiently across multiple accounts.

• Monitor performance and identify optimization opportunities.

• Develop standardized frameworks for campaign setup, keyword targeting, and audience segmentation.

• Track campaign performance using key metrics such as cost per lead, conversion rate, lead volume, and ROAS.

• Conduct ongoing A/B testing for ad copy, landing pages, keyword strategy, and audience targeting.

• Create scalable PPC systems to support acquisition strategy as more businesses are added.

• Utilize AI tools for keyword research, ad copy generation, data analysis, and reporting workflows.

• Collaborate with leadership and marketing stakeholders to align campaign strategy with growth goals.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• 5-10+ years of PPC experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency environment.

• Proven experience managing multiple paid advertising accounts simultaneously.

• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads/Facebook Ads.

• Deep understanding of search campaigns, local lead generation, keyword strategy, and conversion tracking.

• Experience managing small-to-mid-sized ad budgets across multiple accounts.

• Familiarity with marketing analytics and performance reporting.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Agency experience managing multiple SMB or local business accounts.

• Experience running campaigns for education, sports, or service-based businesses.

• Experience managing location-based lead generation campaigns.

• Experience building scalable campaign frameworks.

 

Personality:

• Highly data-driven and detail-oriented.

• Strong problem-solving ability.

• Ability to balance AI assistance with independent strategic thinking.

• Strong documentation and process-building capabilities.

• Comfortable managing many campaigns and accounts simultaneously.

 

Software & Tools:

• Proficiency with Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.

• Experience using AI tools to improve marketing productivity.

 

English Level:

C2, Native, C1

 

Schedule:

9 - 5 EST
