Our client is a criminal defense firm dedicated to providing comprehensive legal services to their clients.

 

Job Description:

The Intake Specialist will be responsible for handling incoming client communications, entering client information into the case management system, and coordinating appointments. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently within a legal environment.

 

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls and assist with client inquiries.

• Navigate through a script to handle calls professionally.

• Enter client information accurately into the case management system.

• Schedule appointments and coordinate with team members.

• Send out retainer agreements and payment links.

• Conduct follow-ups and manage case-related communication with the DA's office.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Native-level English with minimal accent preferred.

• Experience or understanding of criminal defense concepts is highly desirable.

• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new processes.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Proficient in handling administrative tasks and client communication.

 

Personality:

• Detail-oriented and proactive.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 

Software & Tools:

• Familiarity with case management systems is a plus.

• Proficient in using communication and scheduling software.

 

English Level:

C2, Native

 

Schedule:

8:30 am to 5:30 pm PST

 

Salary and Benefits:

• Full-time position, 40 hours per week.

• Payment in USD or Local Currency according to candidate's preference.
