Job Description:

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant for their back office operations. This role involves reaching out to clients via phone and email to maintain and enhance client relationships.

 

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients through phone calls and emails to provide support and gather necessary information.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions.

• Assist in managing and organizing client data within the CRM system.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure client needs are met efficiently.

• Perform other administrative tasks as required.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Basic knowledge of CRM systems is a plus, though not specifically ZOHO.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

 

Personality:

• Self-motivated and proactive.

• Friendly and professional demeanor.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

 

Software & Tools:

• Proficiency in using email and phone communication tools.

• Familiarity with CRM systems (no specific system required).

 

English Level:

C1, C2, Native

 

Schedule:

10 am to 2 pm CST
