We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Inbound Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will handle incoming inquiries, engage with potential clients, and convert leads into satisfied customers. Work Schedule:

  • Full-Time (40 hours per week)

  • Flexible hours based on candidate availability, including options to work evening shifts to accommodate clients in different time zones.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls and inquiries from potential clients with professionalism and enthusiasm.

  • Effectively identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions to convert leads into sales.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies and improve conversion rates.

  • Achieve individual and team sales targets through consistent and persuasive communication.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse clients effectively.

  • Some sales experience or a basic understanding of sales principles.

  • Ability to work autonomously, manage time efficiently, and adapt to new processes quickly.

  • Proficiency with common CRM tools and an eagerness to learn new systems.

 

Language Requirements:

  • Native-level English proficiency or C2-level proficiency in English.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or the hospitality industry is an advantage.

  • Proven ability to close sales through understanding client needs and building rapport.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Slack, or similar tools is desirable but not mandatory.
